Quiet, extra duvet for arthritis, close to hiking and gondola rides, friendly staff, large room with terrace, good buffet breakfast.

Nice Hotel, nice surroundings, beautiful area for hiking, etc.

we had vey good time, the rooms are spacious, a small kitchenette gave us freedom in term of meals (important if y have a 4 months old with you); beautiful and quiet location, spa and wellnes very good, nice tea and coffee facilities in a very cosy sofa corner with terasse, brekfast in room ordered on short notice, good parking possibilities, overall friendliness of the place

short openinig hours of the spa (till 19.00 on weekends), though it did not disturb us tremendously - really old and basic equipment of kitchenette (fridge was leaking); the breakfast could use some variety although produce was excellent quality

This hotel's location is ideal for accessing local restaurants in town, and for those traveling up to Riederalp via cable car. the nearby restaurant provides a good value for dinner, and the breakfast at the hotel is fantastic. the indoor pool and sauna are also great amenities for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The lack of air conditioning can make for some uncomfortable nights during hotter weather.

Very good thermal pool , and friendly , helpful hotel staff .

That the spa superviser did not make sure that users of the pool take a shower before entering the pool.The tennis court was unkept and neglected .

The pool & spa facilities were very nice. We stayed in the apartments next door and the apartment was excellent. I cannot comment on the actual rooms in the hotel.

Breakfast was so-so. Pool & spa closes at 7PM on Sat & Sun which is a little annoying. The hotel is in the middle of nowwhere so we cooked in the apartment which was fine but there were not many dining options nearby. The ski shuttle service is only 3 times in the morning, 3 times in the evening so that is rather inconvenient at times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The spacious apartment was recently renovated and had a great view of the mountains from the small terrace. The pool was a highlight for me, providing a relaxing and refreshing break. The staff were friendly and incredibly responsive - when we had an issue with our kitchen, they quickly sent three people to fix it. The breakfast, included in the price, was a buffet with plenty of choice, and I loved having access to a coffee machine throughout my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location was perfect for the hike I had planned for the next day, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, providing room service and allowing me to have breakfast in the room when my son fell ill.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great for hiking the various trails and was a short but steep walk to the train station. Also had a spa that was large and warm. A very good place to return to after a day of hiking.

The pool is great; the staff are helpful, the location is amazing and the restaurant by the hotel served the best meal we have ever had at a Swiss restaurant.

The hotel had great facilities, including a large pool with hydromassage and a sauna. The staff was also very helpful, providing free transportation to and from the cable car/train station. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options.

Location was convenient and staff at the reception was good. The room was very spacious.

Furnitures in the room were very old. Very bad decoration, difficult to sleep because curtains were missing, most staff cannot speak anything else than German. I would not recommend this hotel. It is decent, but definitely not worth the 4*

Service and staff fantastic.

Better directions to areas ie small map in room. No information regarding use of safe in room. Walking from House Aletsch to main area for swim etc , would be nice to know if some undercover way of moving around.

The spacious apartments and pool were two highlights of our stay. The location, surrounded by mountains, was also a plus. Additionally, the staff was helpful and promptly addressed any issues we had.

The hotel's location required a 10-15 minute walk to the nearby town and there were limited dining options available. Furthermore, during our stay which was in Easter, we struggled to find parking spots and often had to pay extra.

the staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcomed from start to finish. the location was great, nestled within rolling hills surrounded by greenery. It was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also appreciated the shuttle service to nearby restaurants.

The room could have used some modernization and touch-ups. the lack of on-site dining options was a bit inconvenient.
